Settings
Settings is the administrative area of Hubleto. It brings together the configuration pages used to manage people, access rights, installed applications, and shared system data. Depending on your permissions, you can also adjust parts of the interface and inspect technical configuration.
Use Settings when your organization needs to add a user, review who can access a particular function, enable or disable an app, or maintain reference data used elsewhere in Hubleto. Changes made here may affect other users, so administrative settings should be reviewed before they are saved.
Main configuration areas
- Users, roles, and permissions: Manage user accounts and roles, review permission lists, and control access through role permissions. Teams can also be maintained in Settings.
- Apps: Review and manage the applications available in your installation. Some apps provide their own configuration pages or integration settings, which appear when those apps are installed.
- Appearance: Choose from the supported interface themes and adjust available user-facing preferences. The current theme selector offers predefined themes rather than a free-form logo or color editor.
- Currencies and shared data: Maintain the currency list, including names, codes, and symbols, as well as other reference data such as countries and activity types. Currency conversion rates are not configured in the currency list shown here.
- General and platform configuration: Review settings that influence the behavior of the installation and the way its sidebar is organized.
Workflows and automation are managed through the relevant Hubleto apps and configuration screens when those features are available in your installation. They are not a single universal trigger-and-action editor on the Settings homepage.
