A workflow is a repeatable process made of clearly defined steps, rules, and decisions.

In Hubleto, a workflow pipeline is the visual sequence of those steps. It shows where a record currently is in the process and what stage should come next.

Without a defined workflow, similar tasks are often handled differently by different people. That usually leads to inconsistent results, slower handoffs, and less visibility into what is blocked or already finished.
